Use of the internet and AI tools, including ChatGPT, is permitted.

CSS frameworks and pre-built templates are not allowed.

Participants must understand and be able to explain the code they submit.

Collaboration between teams after the hackathon starts is not allowed.

Plagiarism or direct copying of full solutions may result in disqualification.

All projects must be deployed as static websites for evaluation.

The judges’ decisions are final.
