Clarification and apology regarding the hackathon format

Hi everyone,

I want to sincerely apologise for not clearly communicating earlier that this hackathon was planned as an offline, on-campus event. That was my mistake, and I understand how this may have caused confusion or inconvenience.

I truly appreciate the time, effort, and interest you showed by registering and submitting your work. Your enthusiasm means a lot to us, and I’m genuinely grateful for it.

Because this hackathon was structured around an offline format, only teams who participated physically will be evaluated as part of the competition. Unfortunately, submissions from outside participants won’t be analysed for results.

That said, please know that your participation is valued, and we did not take it lightly. You are more than welcome to stay connected with us through our community spaces, and we’d love to have you involved in future events that are designed to be online-friendly.

Thank you for your understanding, and once again, I’m sorry for the lack of clarity earlier.

Warm regards,

Naveen
